NFL Conference Championship Round

Sadly the NFL games weren't really competitive.  The Super Bowl will pit the New England Patriots against the Atlanta Falcons.  Matt Ryan, quarterback for ATL, is playing at an extremely high level.  If he doesn't get the NFL MVP it will be a travesty.  I hope SB51 is a good, well contested game.  We'll see in two weeks.

Meanwhile I have been working all weekend - yuck!  Hopefully I'll get some time off soon.  I did manage to keep my workout streak alive, so that is something!

Workout data - Sunday:

  • 640 calories burned
  • 50 minutes spent moving my bottom
  • 10,462 steps taken
  • 5.26 miles covered

Workout data - Saturday:
  • 607 calories burned
  • 34 minutes spent moving my bottom
  • 9,542 steps taken
  • 4.67 miles covered

Workout data - Friday:
  • 891 calories burned
  • 74 minutes spent moving my bottom
  • 12,848 steps taken
  • 7.36 miles covered
